I run the company
Set it up yourself in about two minutes. You get your rota, your pay bands and a join code to send your team.

Post the job once. Your team taps Available on their phone. Rotamate fills the rota, keeps a senior on the events that need one, and pulls in the next person on standby when somebody drops out.
Free to set up, no card. Your staff need nothing but the phone in their pocket — no app to install, no password to invent.
Not a picture of the app — this is the card itself, the one your crew get on their phone, running on this page.
One tap, once per event. No app to install, no password to invent, and no group chat to scroll back through.
A real company running on this page — six staff, a week of events, sample data that stays current. Press anything; you cannot break it.
No sign-up and nothing to install — the buttons sign you straight in. The manager side fills the rota; the crew side is the phone your staff would hold.

Set up my companyYour manager gives you a six-character code. Type it and we'll tell you which company it belongs to before you fill anything in.
No code yet? Ask whoever does your rota — they can send you a link that fills it in. Joining to run the rota? Same code, and tick the rota box on the form.
Staff: the personal link on your WhatsApp signs you in with one tap. Everyone else: username and password.

Whoever signs the company up is its first rota manager. Appointing another is one tap on the Staff page — their existing sign-in link just opens more. Somebody who is on no rota at all joins with the same crew code and asks; How it works has the detail.
None of this is the on-site grade — staff member, senior or manager — which is only about who is in charge on the day. A senior running the floor usually needs no access to the app at all.
The bit that worked, still works: one tap writes the booking message in the format you already send, ready to paste into WhatsApp.
Pick the one that keeps happening to you.
You get to the venue and the two juniors you sent are on their own.
Mark the event important or critical and it cannot be confirmed until a senior — or a manager plus a second senior — is on it. Auto-fill books them first.
A text at seven in the morning and a round of phone calls.
They tap once on their own shift. They come off, the next person on standby goes on in the same tap, the office is told, and it is logged with how much notice it carried.
Buried in the chat, remembered on the day, or not.
They say so when they reply, in half hours taken out of the shift's own hours — so nobody lands on 14:07, or on a time the event does not have. Auto-fill prefers whoever can work the whole shift, pieces part-shifts together when it has to, and warns you about any gap it leaves.
A spreadsheet, and three people who can't remember what they worked.
Hours, mileage and the age-based wage band, per person. Your crew confirm their own shifts in a tap; you chase the two who didn't.
A company, its pay bands and a join code to share. Two minutes, and nothing to cancel.
